Fumiwo Iwamoto Researcher / Fukuoka, Japan Fumiwo Iwamoto is a researcher/writer, translator/interpreter, a university lecturer, and a curator. She currently works at Fukuoka Asian Art Museum and joins various neighborhood-based art projects in Japan. She has also been researching the post-80s regional art scene in Fukuoka and contemporary Asian art with a specific interest in regional networking. She has been following Hotel Asia Project since the beginning and has taken a part in a form of writing an essay or giving a talk.
